Accreditation

Getting accredited is a guarantee of excellent performance. An accredited university in the field of education must confirm that its programs and administrative procedures conform to guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Education and regulated by recognized accrediting organizations. Two primary purposes of accreditation, according to the Department of Education, are “assisting prospective students in identifying acceptable universities” and “assisting universities in determining the acceptability of transfer credits,” in addition to providing a guarantee of quality.

Texas Higher Education Foundation

Established in 2001, the Texas Higher Education Foundation is the official nonprofit partner of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB). The Foundation’s mission is to foster and further evidence-based initiatives that positively impact postsecondary outcomes in Texas. With a focus on implementing strategies that support the state’s higher education priorities; Also the Foundation has raised more than $23 million to advance higher education in Texas.

The Foundation is a nonprofit and a GuideStar Platinum. This is the highest level of recognition offered by GuideStar and demonstrates the Foundation’s commitment to sharing detailed measures of progress and transparency.

The Texas Higher Education Foundation (THEF), a dependable collaborator and generous intermediary for Texas’ higher education system, is dedicated to increasing significant and calculated influence on a large scale.

The main goal of our work is to raise money to support partnerships and programs that further the state’s higher education strategy, Building a Skill Strong Texas. We believe that if we succeed in realizing the goals stated in “Building a Skill Strong Texas,” Texas will rank among the most productive and globally competitive states in the union. The Foundation’s dedication to accelerating significant and strategic impact at scale is strengthened by this goal.

ACBSP 

The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programmes (ACBSP) is A candidate for both independent accreditation of its accounting programme and ACBSP accreditation of its business programmes. One of the top organisations providing specialised accreditation in business education is ACBSP. The global aim of ACBSP is to continuously improve business education to promote and recognise excellence and work towards a better tomorrow. The global objective of ACBSP is to see all quality business programmes accredited and committed to ongoing improvement. Associate, Bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate programmes in business, accounting, and business-related subjects are accredited by ACBSP.

ACBSP was the first to offer specialised business accreditation at all degree levels and the first to offer certificate accreditation, having received recognition from the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in 2001 and again in 2011. ACBSP currently accredits business programs at more than 1,200 campuses in 60 countries.

ATHE

Honours for Education and Training, A wide range of qualifications, including those in administration, management, commerce, computing, and health and social care, are offered by ATHE to centres. They have established a reputation for providing outstanding customer service, keeping high standards of quality, and offering valuable qualifications that lead to university degrees.

Students in ATHE can more than half the time and cost they spend earning a degree. This is due to ATHE’s unique agreements with several colleges, which allow students to forego a full year of coursework towards any degree they obtain through ATHE.

ATHE is on the RQF and is governed by Ofqual. An independent, non-profit agency called Ofqual ensures that students working towards a UK qualification get the higher education they are entitled to expect.

The International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).
